Listening to my heart
No, I’m not about to write an emotional post about life-changing decisions. Well, maybe it’s life-changing, I’m not sure yet.
We’ve been trying to eat healthier in my house. At least we’ve been trying to eat more whole grains and vegetables. My dad had a bypass surgery last month which prompted me to realize we actually DO have heart disease in our family history....

LOL Eri…I know what you mean. That’s what the word was in the grocery store yesterday! And it was two people from Chicago talking! But it’s not the inches of snow we got really, it’s the unpreparedness both on the county level and from commuters.
It went from nothing to heavy sleet and then heavy snowfall within like 15 minutes. There were people waiting at bus stops for...
